The story

I love New York at night, the way dinner turns into a bar, the bar turns into someone's apartment, and literally anything can happen next.

My parents met at Cafe Gitane when they were my age and went dancing that same night. My mom made sure I knew what a night out was for: meeting your people, and making memories with them.

I still drink, but there are nights I wish I didn't have to. Every time I went out without drinking, my friends were lost in the music and I was hyper-aware of everything, holding a club soda. I really don't like club soda. So I went home.

Everything else I tried promised to be perfect for "breathwork or bottle service." Those should NEVER be in the same sentence.

So I did something else my mom taught me: if nobody's going to make it, make it yourself. A year and a half in a lab later: NOMIKA.

Same night. New order.

The first ones arrive this winter, by hand. A host brings the round. Get your number.
